    夜奔

    相似的夜里,熟悉的跑道上,奔跑不断。
    风,穿越过身躯;时光,在其中,呼啸而来呼啸而去……
     
    --自春天时扭伤脚后,一直没有运动。最近明显感受体质下降,又鉴于脚伤痊愈,遂决定“恢复训练”。舒适堡的卡已过期,索性就去玉泉操场跑步。
     
    玉泉的操场很好。多年前,本科还没毕业的时候,我就经常在晚上去操场跑步。
    跑步是一件很单纯的事情,不仅有助强壮,而且令人坚忍并豁达。
    在空旷场地上,消耗、坚持,不断挑战身体的极限。为了避免枯燥,我总是带着mp3上路,在辽阔的空间里,音乐听来格外空灵清晰。在缥缈的乐声中,边跑边思考那些似懂非懂的命题,想像那个似是而非的将来。是无人打搅的愉悦时刻,每次跑完都有一种充实的满足感。
     
    今晚,在寥落的星光下,在习惯的跑道上,投入地跑,沉醉其中。
    多年前所有的感觉又回来了。
    除了耳边钟情的音乐,我还听到
    时光在身侧呼啸而来呼啸而去的声音。

    如果有人一起去锻炼,会容易坚持些,不过就没有你一个人锻炼这么有诗意了:)
